Morning Nick,
I did put up a really long post before but I doubt it was submitted as my 'net connection is playing merry hell up at the moment.
The gist of it was that I have finished Assault on Black Reach, and it was a thoroughly enjoyable read. Congratulations, job well done. :)
It was a little slow starting, but I think that was more down to the constraints of the format than anything else. High points for me were Sicarius being a character I couldn't decide whether to hate, love, or respect, Telion being a complete badass (He reminds me so much of Master Bra'tac from Stargate - even in the mini's appearance) and Thunderhawks flying underground. Like that wouldn't scare the crap out of you.
Nice work Nick, looking forward to Salamanders even more now.
